Front Office Agent
The ideal candidate has a diploma in the tourism-hotel sector and/or has gained previous experience in structures of the same category. The selected person will be part of the Front Office team:
Wanted features:
- Welcome guests
- Assistance to guests during their stay and promotion of hotel services
- Check-in and check-out operations
- Control of guests' expense items relating to accommodation, consumption, telephone, hotel services
- Control of reservations through the portals of the main Online Travel Agencies (booking.com, expedia, hotelbeds, Agoda)
Preferential requirements:
- Strong predisposition to teamwork and customer satisfaction, flexible and gifted with problem solving skills.
- Excellent knowledge of the English language and preferably of a second and third language at a good level.
- Flexibility and willingness to work shifts and weekends.
